A warm welcome awaits you inside Cafe Khao Neow, a new restaurant in Wasilla that spreads the joy of authentic Laotian food within its Alaska community. Khao neow means sticky rice in the Lao language, and this wonderfully textured starch serves as the base to every Laotian meal. The cafe is known for generous portion sizes and fresh herbs and vegetables which, along with special sauces based on family recipes, elevate familiar ingredients to delicious heights.
