SBDC Client Services Coordinator 

The Alaska Small Business Development Center (Alaska SBDC) is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for entrepreneurs and small business owners connecting with the Alaska SBDC. This position plays an important role in statewide client services, helping individuals navigate SBDC resources while supporting client intake, records management, and day-to-day State Office operations.

In this role, you will respond to client inquiries by phone and email, support registration and intake, maintain accurate client records, and connect individuals with the appropriate Alaska SBDC staff, programs, and resources. You will also provide administrative support for workshops, meetings, special projects, and other statewide activities. The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
