If you have experience in advising small businesses on topics such as business plans, sources of financing, marketing, financial proposals, cash flow management and other aspects of business formation, development and expansion, we want to hear from you!

Learning and Development Manager
The Alaska SBDC is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to help us continue our mission of supporting the growth and success of small businesses throughout the state. Are you passionate about entrepreneurship and eager to make a difference? If so, we want to hear from you!
As our Learning and Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and administering our statewide small business training program. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative content, analyze business needs to determine course topics, and ensure that program metrics are entered accurately and on time.
