The AIRC enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of SBDC Business Advisors through AI-powered tools, meaning that they can invest more time on personal interactions with small business clients. Utilizing GPTs and chatbots developed by Anchorage Center Director Carlos Machuca and Rural Program Director Ian Grant, our tools have been deployed nationwide via other SBDCs to streamline advising while increasing client value.
