Robert G. Poe
The most fundamental aspect of any business or organization is their strategy. Yet very few actually understand what differentiates a successful strategy from a failing one. And, in a world of social media, 24 hours news cycles and political hyperbole, a firm or organization’s market strategy must be integrated with its strategy to address media, government regulation, politics, NGO’s, activist groups, etc., the nonmarket strategy. This course helps business managers really understand strategy, how to formulate strategy, how to integrate it, how to manage it, and how to modify it in light of changes in the business or organizational environment.. Failure to develop and manage against an integrated strategy quite literally is the difference between business success and failure.
