Following the well-attended Angel Capital Research Institute workshop last year, we will hold a workshop focused on the mechanics of various approaches in equity term sheets with a focus on various options that will support fund and angel syndication and future following round investments on July 27th. Investors, entrepreneurs and business development advisors are all invited to attend.

3:30 – 5:00 – Entrepreneur Pitch – TBA – Followed by discussion on terms for a investment… a friendly Shark Tank type discussion by the funds, participants and entrepreneurs of the tradeoffs and benefits of various deals.
