We are seeking candidates for several positions. These positions provide excellent opportunities to work with small business owners across the state and make a real impact on their success. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about helping small businesses grow and thrive in Alaska to join our team:
- Anchorage Business Advisor: As a business advisor, you will work directly with entrepreneurs and small business owners in Anchorage and surrounding areas to help them start, grow, and succeed.
- Juneau Business Advisor: This position is similar to the Anchorage Business Advisor, but is based in Juneau and serves the Southeast region of the state. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from established businesses to startups, to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges. (Application is open now!)
- Learning and Development Manager: In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and professional development programs for the Alaska SBDC staff and clients!
- TREND Program Manager: The Technology Research and Development Center (TREND) is a program of the Alaska SBDC that provides assistance to small businesses in the technology sector. As the TREND Program Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including managing staff, developing partnerships, and providing technical assistance to clients.
