Architectural Hardware Supply

Architectural Hardware Supply has been in business since 1999 when Andi Grigsby and her husband opened the doors as a service provider for government contracts. Over the years, the business has successfully won many contract bids (including a long term contract with the Anchorage School District) and evolved to include door frame and hardware supply for the Anchorage area as well.  Andi Grigsby of Architectural Hardware

Andi’s first experience with the Alaska Small Business Development Center’s family of programs was through several PTAC (Procurement and Technical Assistance Center) workshops that focused on government contracting topics such as DBE (Disadvantaged Businesses Enterprise). A few years later, she attended the Profit Mastery class facilitated by an AKSBDC Business Advisor. As the business continued to grow and evolve, Andi followed up with Mark Malagodi to put the tools from Profit Mastery to use. Andi had to make some decisions about a possible business acquisition and knew that meeting with a Business Advisor and going over the numbers would help her make the best business decision for her and her employees.

“Profit Mastery was a huge help in figuring out where my business stood financially” said Andi.

Andi has continued to build the organizations started fifteen years ago with the help of her staff, Iris Fisher-Petersen, Michelle Watson, Bob Vanucci and Mike Vanucci and our technicians Greg Vanucci, Kingman McLeod and Branden McLeod.  The team has created an opening solution and specialty building product supplier for the entire state of Alaska.
