In collaboration with their sister company the Salmon Hookup, Pfoff and the team catch three species of salmon; Kings (Chinook), Reds (Sockeye), and Silvers (Coho). They fish in Cook Inlet each summer, ensuring only the freshest salmon are provided for their Salmon Hookup Truck.
