Using a sample business, SBDC Business Advisor, Cliff Cochran, will walk you through the steps of preparing financial projections for your business using the Alaska SBDC’s Financial Model. We’ll use proprietary data to back up assumptions, showing that you can create an accurate proforma quickly and easily with the Alaska SBDC.

During this On Demand workshop, you will learn how to:

• Use Google Maps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), IBISWorld, ProfitCents, SBDCNet, and other resources to obtain the latest market data in calculating your projections;
• Gain free access to these reports and resources through the Alaska SBDC (reports that would otherwise cost thousands of dollars to access);
• Evaluate your financial projections to determine the likelihood of success of the business and the likelihood of lender financing approvals; and
• Create and analyze a three-year risk assessment that compares the investment in the business to other investment options.
