Artificial Intelligence is changing the way businesses operate – but you don’t need to be a technology expert to benefit from it. This hands-on workshop introduces today’s most useful AI tools and demonstrates how entrepreneurs can use them to write marketing content, conduct research, develop business plans, organize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity. You’ll also learn the differences between AI assistants and AI agents, how to write effective prompts, and the ethical and legal considerations every business owner should understand.

During this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

• Understand what AI is and how it applies to small businesses.
• Compare popular AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Canva, and others.
• Write prompts that produce higher-quality results.
• Use AI to create marketing content, business plans, meeting notes, research summaries, and standard operating procedures.
• Learn how AI assistants and AI agents differ—and when to use each.
• Avoid common AI mistakes, verify AI-generated information, and protect confidential business information.
• See demonstrations you can immediately apply to your business.
