It’s been just over one year since Dan Lush opened up Flying Whale Coffee in the Homer Airport, where those waiting for their flights can grab a cup of high-quality java and pick up some last minute souvenirs for their friends and family. Lush worked with Alaska SBDC Assistant State Director Bryan Zak to put together his business plan and organize his financial projections for the business startup.
