YWCA Alaska is hosting the first annual Women’s Economic Empowerment Summit to start the process of creating a community plan for eliminating economic inequality for Alaskan women. The Summit marks the extra 4 months Alaskan women must work into 2014 to make what Alaskan men earned in 2013.
