The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) went into effect in January 1, 2024 and impacts millions of small business in the U.S.  Understanding what the Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) requires in the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report is essential for certain small businesses to avoid criminal or civil penalties for not filing or updating this report.

Is your business impacted by the CTA BOI reporting requirements?  What are these requirements?  What do you need to do if your business is impacted by these requirements?

Find out the answers to these questions and much more during this one hour in-person training presented by Andrew Mitton, Attorney and Owner, Vellum LLC.

During this training, you will learn:

– the purpose of the CTA and BOI reporting requirements;

– the requirements for owners and businesses;

– exemptions to these requirements;

– how to maintain compliance with these requirements; and

– resources for assistance with these reporting requirements.
