The State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) is a federally-funded program intended to attract lenders & investors to help with funding businesses that can’t get conventional business loans from banks & lending institutions.
The AK SBDC is the administrative lead on the program for Alaska, and will deploy the funding to lenders and investment funds.

During this workshop, you will learn about financing options under the C-PACER Program, and how the Mat-Su Borough recently adopted the C-PACER program. C-PACER is an innovative financing solution available within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) that enables owners of commercial and industrial properties to obtain fixed rate, long-term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resilience projects which is paid back over time through a voluntary assessment on the property.
