Join us on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 10 am – 12:00 PM for this FREE In Person workshop located in Wasilla at the Mat-Su SBDC Office to learn about the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resilience (C-PACER) Program.

During this workshop, you will learn about financing options under the C-PACER Program, and how the Mat-Su Borough recently adopted the C-PACER program.  C-PACER is an innovative financing solution available within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) that enables owners of commercial and industrial properties to obtain fixed rate, long-term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resilience projects which is paid back over time through a voluntary assessment on the property.

Key features of the C-PACER financing option will be discussed during this workshop include:

1. 100% funding: zero out-of-pocket;
2. Non-recourse and non-accelerating;
3. Transferable payment obligation;
4. Increase cashflow, net operating income (NOI), and asset value;
5. Fixed rate for up to 30 years; and
6. No financial or operating covenants.
