The AI Resource Program enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of SBDC Business Advisors through AI-powered tools, meaning that they can invest more time in personal interactions with small business clients. Utilizing GPTs and chatbots developed by AI Resource Program Director Carlos Machuca, our tools have been deployed nationwide via other SBDCs to streamline advising while increasing client value.
