SSBCI November 2023 Impact Update

As of November, the Alaska SSBCI soared to new heights, with a whopping $10.9M injected into the ambitions of 23 businesses, sparking positive impact across 18 communities with 17 Statewide Economic Development Initiative (SEDI) businesses thriving.

Of note: a staggering $5.5M in guarantees and commitments for $11,308,875 in loan amounts are out, embracing everything from business essentials to startups and real estate ventures. The mix of industries, from aviation to food trucks, showcases the richness of Alaska’s entrepreneurial landscape.

This surge follows October 2023’s success, where $10,700,401 uplifted 21 businesses across 14 communities, backed by First National Bank, Northrim Bank, Business Impact NW, and Cook Inlet Lending.
