CovidEIDLServicing@sba.gov will handle all Level 1 actions (what is my balance, when is my payment due, how do I make a payment, what is my payoff, I want to change my email, address, phone number, etc.)  Level 2 requests should be sent to DisasterCustomerService@sba.gov.  These will include any other servicing actions (subordinations, collateral change, lien release, death of a borrower, bankruptcy, business closure, etc.).
