Small Business Saturday is Nov 28!

November 27, 2020

Tomorrow is #SmallBusinessSaturday! We encourage you to shop locally – either virtually or safely in person – and #LiftUpLocal.

Jeremy Field, SBA Pacific Northwest Regional Administrator shared, “Last year, Small Business Saturday spending hit a record high of $19.6 billion from an estimated 110 million shoppers nationwide. Our holiday spending – at whatever level our budget can afford this year – collectively makes a difference. In 2020, every gift purchased from a small retailer or local restaurant has three beneficiaries: the gift recipient, the small business, and our local community.”

As our Executive Director, Jon Bittner says, “buying local is the holiday gift that keeps on giving!” Learn more about how you can make a difference at BuyAlaska.com.
