The Optical Shop
Rosanne Funk and Josephine Sangster had been working together at a local medical facility. Both women wear eyeglasses and experienced the challenges of living in a small community and
wanting to purchase fashionable eye wear at an affordable price.
Josephine has 17 years experience in the optical industry and Rosanne has a strong professional customer service background. In May 2008 they contacted the center for basic start-up information. Our business counselor answered their questions about forming their own LLC, marketing, as well as information on taxes.
In July 2008 they were able to open their doors of “The Optical Shop”. Their motto is “To provide you with the right fit, the right style, at the right price. “
